How do I get involved?

Fight this national tragedy right in your own community

The National Safety Council and its local chapters periodically hold parent workshops to introduce teen driver safety programs to the community. If you are interested in attending a workshop in your area, please send us an e-mail at support@nsc.org with your name, address and phone number or call 800-621.7619. A representative from the NSC chapter in your area will contact you.

Do you already have a direct influence on young drivers?

If you’re a teacher, driving school instructor, administrator, police or public safety officer – or a concerned parent – you can help the young drivers in your community beat the odds. Become an Alive at 25® or an Alive at 25® Parent Program instructor and we’ll help you!

The Hard Truth

3 out of 4 deaths of people 16-24 are caused by traffic crashes.

You are the only person who can control your behavior behind the wheel.
